I’m a diabetes health coach and mentor on an unstoppable mission to help women reverse their Type 2 diabetes and prediabetes diagnosis and reclaim the vibrant lives they want to live.
I don’t believe people need more pills. I believe they need more people, more patience, and more power! I help women release the limiting beliefs holding them back and then learn the healthy habits and lifestyle changes that will help them reach their full potential.
Coming from the Caribbean and now residing in the multicultural US of A, I know that embracing your culture is critical to achieving lasting results. I’m a firm believer that food should taste good, movement can be fun, and that strong relationships are an integral part of your personal journey.
When clients work with me we draw a straight line from them to their health - saving years of wasted time, sickness and unnecessary frustration on the diet roller coaster.
